We offer a 5-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your service or have a valid reason for cancellation, you may request a full refund within 5 days of payment.
To initiate a refund, contact us within 5 days of your purchase through any of the following:
Please include your full name, payment reference number (Razorpay transaction ID), the service/course purchased, and the reason for your refund request.
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Refunds for UPI payments are typically faster (2–3 business days). Bank transfer refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
If you need to reschedule a consultation session, you may do so with at least 24 hours' advance notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a rebooking fee.
